Enter the Union Innovation Challenge 2016

Union Innovation Challenge 2016Virginia Tech students are invited to pitch innovative ideas for Healthcare, Wellness and Medical Devices.  

First Place Prize: $7,500
Runner-Up: $2,500

The Apex Systems Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, in partnership with Carilion Clinic, invites students to submit proposals for the second annual Union Innovation Challenge, to be held on April 14, 2016.  Put your enterprising minds together as a team to come up with an innovation that could win you $7,500 to fund your project in an area like:

  • Biotechnology
  • Life sciences tools & services
  • Wearables
  • Healthcare equipment, providers, services, & technologies
  • Pharmaceuticals
  • Wellness apps or technologies
