Stateson Homes, Snyder & Associates Break Ground on Kipp’s Farm Community

Wednesday, November 18th, marked the culmination of years of planning as home builder Stateson Homes and real estate developer Snyder & Associates broke ground on the property that will be known as Kipp’s Farm. Snyder & Associates has had a vision for this property for several years, and the new partnership with Stateson Homes will make it a reality.

Kipp's Farm

Kipp’s Farm, located in Blacksburg, Virginia, will feature 60 estate home sites with gorgeous mountain views. This unique new community is conveniently located adjacent to Blacksburg High and Blacksburg Middle Schools, and connected via paved walking trails.  Just minutes from Virginia Tech, Lewis Gale Hospital, and the Corporate Research Center, Kipp’s Farm offers public utilities, walking trails, and community open space.

“Teaming up with Snyder & Associates has been a wonderful experience. Both of our companies take great pride in what we do,” said Stateson president Todd Robertson. “Kipp’s Farm will be the premier community in Blacksburg. There is no other community in the area that compares to it when you consider the convenience, the views, and the design of the neighborhood.”

Stateson Homes at Kipp’s Farms will include a variety of luxury floor plans, as well as the usual outstanding quality, distinctive designs and meticulous attention to detail associated with a Stateson home.
