Business concept and description:
SAIO is software publisher start-up, created since April 2014. Our solutions enhance the quality of companies’ digital customer service. SAIO enhances the quality of companies’ digital customer service through an online platform, humanized by a virtual assistant, Lily. The user has access to all of the company’s media on the platform, including their website, native application, Facebook page, physical terminal, etc. Lily addresses users’ questions, thanks to a semantic search engine and helps the user navigate through the platform to the right interlocutor through the communication channel of his choice (click-to-chat, click-to-call, web call back, etc.). SAIO allies the best of virtual and human resources. The benefit for the user is that it’s simple to find answers, wherever you are, whenever it is, and just the way you want it. The benefit for the company is to enhance its customer satisfaction and trust, while optimizing its human resources and reducing its support costs.
