VT KnowledgeWorks Represented Among GAP 50 Entrepreneur Awards Finalists

The Center for Innovative Technology(CIT) initiated the GAP 50 Entrepreneur Awards, a state-wide program designed to identify, celebrate and honor Virginia's innovative entrepreneurs creating high-growth companies in the areas of life sciences, technology and energy. 

CIT GAP 50 Entrepreneur Awards Finalists were required to receive 3 or more nominations to qualify. 

Jim Flowers, executive director of VT KnowledgeWorks served as a GAP 50 Ambassador for the Blacksburg and Roanoke, Virginia areas. 

VT KnowledgeWorks was well-represented among the 46 finalists in the Roanoke-Blacksburg, Virginia region, from among a total of 269 finalists state-wide.
