Volunteer to Be a Host Family and Meet Your Global Guests in Only 3 Weeks

From Lindsey Eversole, Global Partnership Manager, VT KnowledgeWorks:

Only three weeks until the 2012 VT KnowledgeWorks Global Partnership Week begins!

We have almost double the number of students attending this year over last year!  We invite you to be a global host family!

As an additional benefit for serving as a host family, we are raffling an overnight stay for two, plus breakfast and dinner at The Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center (value of $400).  For every student hosted, the host will receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win this special package.  As a small token of our appreciation, host families are also invited to participate in several celebratory meals and events during the week.

Here are the details about being a host family (.pdf), Sunday, August 19 through Saturday, August 25, 2012.

Read what Sue and John Muffo and Jeri Childers and Jack McMahon have to say about the benefits of being a host family.

Let us know you will be a global host family!  Please contact me, Lindsey Eversole, at [email protected].
