Meet Mathieu Tamer, Visiting Entrepreneur at Tele-Works

As part of its First Annual VT KnowledgeWorks International Week, VT KnowledgeWorks invited the MulteeGaming team - student winners of the the Annual Entrepreneurial Project Challenge at TELECOM Sud-Paris - to spend a week of entrepreneurship at its business acceleration center and technology incubator in Blacksburg, Virginia, beginning Monday, September 7, 2009.  MulteeGaming team members will shadow local company leaders.

MulteeGaming team member Mathieu Tamer will be hosted by Tele-Works.

Welcome, Mathieu!

From Mathieu Tamer:

Mathieu Tamer Hello,

It’s the third year that I’m studying information systems integration and programming in Telecom SudParis, so I’m very grateful to have the opportunity to talk with the Tele-Works team about their experiences in information systems integration.

The interactive voice response solutions of Tele-Works are great examples of front-offices that are well-integrated in utilities. I’m working at MulteeGaming on the website, and the experience of Tele-Works in interaction with customers is something very valuable that I can obviously learn a lot from.

Moreover, the solutions can be integrated with a lot of different databases, and this is a permanent challenge for us to have an efficient link between our front office and our database. I hope that I can have some advice on that subject during the days I visit.

Finally, the experience of a company in new technologies will be very profitable for an entrepreneur like me.

Thank you for offering me the opportunity to experience this.
