As part of its First Annual VT KnowledgeWorks International Week, VT KnowledgeWorks invited the MulteeGaming team - student winners of the the Annual Entrepreneurial Project Challenge at TELECOM Sud-Paris - to spend a week of entrepreneurship at its business acceleration center and technology incubator in Blacksburg, Virginia, beginning Monday, September 7, 2009.  MulteeGaming team members will shadow local company leaders.

MulteeGaming team member Audrey Fontaine will be hosted by Rackspace Email and Apps, a division of Rackspace.

Welcome, Audrey!

From Audrey Fontaine:

Audrey FontaineI'm Audrey Fontaine, French student of the engineering school of telecommunication near Paris. With a few friends of my school, and the business school associated with us, we've decided to create a start-up in the world of video games. Our week at VT KnowledgeWorks promises to be great and very good for new ideas on our future business.  We are very pleased to take part in the First Annual International Week and give thanks to VT KnowledgeWorks for their welcome.

We learned recently that we'll have the opportunity to meet a local company.  As for me, I'm eager to join the team of Rackspace for a few days!

The company offers hosting services to businesses all around the world and has more thant 62,000 customers! I hope to learn information about dedicated servers and technical aspects of configurations, but also to learn more about game servers, how they work, and to see if we might be interested in using those servers in the future.

Last but not least, I'm glad to meet the members of Rackspace, as the company is growing more and more and it can be interesting to see how the company works and how it is managed.  I'm sure the encounter will be exciting ! I'm raring to live this International week at VTKW,

Kind regards,
